About Me

I have an eclectic background, which has served to open my mind to all possibilities and ways of life.

I am primarily a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, but I have a flexible approach which aims to be as inclusive as possible.

I am also a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (the BACP), the main professional body that regulates counselling in the UK, and stringently adhere to all their ethical guidelines including confidentiality.
